To ensure our service meets your expectations, quality audits are carried
out if required.
Audits will determine:
- Are pests under control
- Should any extra services need to be provided
- Required documentation is provided when HACCP accreditation is in place
- Are cleaning practices impeding on acceptable levels of control.
Our commercial clients are regularly visited by our Commercial Manager to ensure our service is meeting your expectations. If he feels extra services are required, he will arrange it. This is important for HACCP. He will also discuss with you, any problems with housekeeping (cleaning practices) which he feels would impede our service persons efforts to gain acceptable levels of control.
