Occupational Health and Safety
We comply with the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 (ammended 2001). We have in place a Safety Management Plan and OH & S Policy which outlines our commitment to OH& S. Where appropriate we document Safe Work Method Statements prior to undertaking the service.
Our team of skilled service staff are authorized for “Confined Spaces” and “Working at Heights”.

Quality Control
Our commercial clients are regularly visited by our Commercial Manager to ensure our service is meeting your expectations. If he feels extra services are required, he will arrange it. This is important for HACCP. He will also discuss with you, any problems with housekeeping (cleaning practices) which he feels would impede our service persons efforts to gain acceptable levels of control.
Quality audits are regularly carried out as per HACCP requirements.
Our Termite Manager frequently audits client’s termite treatment programs to ensure standards are being met.

Service WarrantyOur initial pest control treatment will be covered by a stated warranty period. Should reinfestation of treated pests occur, a further inspection and necessary treatment will be offered free of charge within the service warranty period. |
